Property owner’s checklist:

  1. Have you received your 2010 property assessment notice?
  2. If not, call toll free 1-800-668-0086.
  3. If so, review it carefully.
  4. any questions, call your local assessment office.
  5. Go online to compare other property assessments using the free e-valueBC service on BC Assessment website
  6. Don’t forget….if you disagree with your assessment,you must file a formal appeal by February 1, 2010.
