Price: €28,000,000, at today’s exchange rate that would be around $39,300,000 CAD, so that would be the equivalent of buying Vancouver’s most expensive home and a condo in Coal Harbour or Yaletown. Jason Statham sold his home for $2.7 million in less than a week, then he went shopping and supposedly (haven’t been confirmed) bought Ben Stiller Mansion for around $11.5 million, that’s what I call a nice upgrade. Here are some pictures of the old home, that has 3 bed, 2 baths, 2281 sqft.    
Here are some pictures of the upgrade, I like it more than the previous one. It has 10 bed, 11 bath, the property has 3 houses that are 5,334 sqft, 4,062 sqft and 1,161.
