Yaletown BIA members,

We are providing two dates for you to register to attend the final Olympics Preparedness Meeting. The same presentation will occur on both dates, you only need to attend one. We will be updating you on the plans, street uses and impacts that the Olympics will bring to Yaletown. This will be the final presentation to members, and your last opportunity to find out Yaletown Olympic details.

What: 2010 Olympics Readiness/ Street Use Update Meeting

Where: V-Lounge, Upstairs Yaletown Earl’s. 1095 Mainland Street.

When: 9:30am-11:30am Tuesday January 19^th 2010, OR 9:30am-11:30am Wednesday January 20^th 2010.

RSVP: No RSVP Necessary. Only 50 seats available per day, first come first served.

If you are a YBIA member and currently have a 2010 Street Use permit application in progress- you must attend one of the meetings or send someone in your place, no exceptions.
